Membership & Guest Information
Recreation memberships are available to University staff, faculty, students, and alumni on a yearly basis. Please contact the Recreation Office at (570) 941-6203 for more details. Memberships can be revoked if policies and procedures are not followed.
The guest policy of the Recreational Sports Department allows for the use of the recreational complex by those individuals visiting our campus. This policy is not intended to allow for regular usage of the facilities by those who do not fall under membership guidelines. The recreation staff reserves the right to limit the number of visits by any one individual. Students, faculty, staff and alumni members may bring a guest into the Byron facility at a rate of $5 per day. Guests of full time students, staff and faculty as well as alumni, may use the fitness center at a rate of $10 per day. Guests are limited to 3 visits per semester and must register in the Recreational Sports Office. Alumni without a membership may use the Byron facilities at a rate of $5 per day and the fitness facility at a rate of $10 per day, but do not have guest privileges.
All guests are permitted to use the facility a maximum of 3 times in a semester (Sept.-Dec./ Jan.-May).
Recreation memberships and guest passes do not include parking privileges. Please inquire about parking passes in the Parking Office which is located in the parking pavillion, for additional parking information.
