Swimming & Diving Programs Gear Up for Landmark Conference Championships This Weekend

The University of Scranton men's and women's swimming & diving teams have their sights set on the 2017 Landmark Conference Championships, which will begin Friday morning at the Germantown Swim Center in Boyds, Maryland.

The event, which begins with preliminary swimming events at 10 a.m. on Friday, will run through Sunday evening, with the final swimming events beginning at 5 p.m. that evening.

Ticket sales at the Germantown Swim will begin each day at 8 a.m., with doors opening at 9 a.m.  

For the year, the Scranton women's swimming & diving team posted an 8-2 overall mark in dual meets, while the men's team went 4-5. On the weekend, the women's team will be in search of their fourth Landmark Conference title all-time (and first since 2010), while the men's team vies for their first Conference crown in program history.
