Group exercise classes including yoga, Zumba, HITT, abs & buns and dance are held in the aerobics room (1st floor Byron) and the Royals room (2nd floor Byron) and are available on a drop in basis, during the fall and spring semesters.  Classes are free and open to students, staff and faculty.  Schedules are posted the 2nd week of each semester in the Byron Complex.  Students teach these classes so the number and types of classes offered during any given semester, are dependant upon who is teaching. Spin is held in the first racquetball court.  Students and staff may see the schedule and sign for a class on
