Ralph Leads Men's Golf With Career Low In Win Over Wilkes

DALLAS, Pa. – Playing in just his fifth career match, junior Calvin Ralph (Hillsdale, N.J./Pascack Valley) shot a 1-over-par 73 to lead The University of Scranton men's golf team to a 307-370 victory over Wilkes on Wednesday at Huntsville Golf Club.

The 73 was a career best for Ralph, who led for Royals who broke 80 on the day. Junior Tucker DiPiazza (Birdsboro, Pa./Berks Catholic) also shot a career-low, firing a 5-over 77 in just his second career round.

Seniors Brett Lubba (Pompton Plains, N.J./Pequannock Township) and Griffin Lubba (Pompton Plains, N.J./Pequannock Township) shot 78 and 79, respectively.

The men's golf team will be back in action on Thursday, Sept. 20, when the Royals host Marywood and Wilkes at Glenmaura National Golf Club.
