    MANHEIM, Pa. – Senior Dan D’Agostini (Allentown, Pa./Allentown Central Catholic) and junior Keegan Connelly (Schnecksville, Pa./Allentown Central Catholic) of The University of Scranton wrestling team enjoyed outstanding seasons on the mat this year. Both have also excelled in the classroom and those combined performances have been recognized by the National Wrestling Coaches Association (NWCA with D’Agostini and Connelly both collecting) Scholar All-American awards.

    WILKES-BARRE, Pa. – The University of Scranton split a pair of dual meets on Saturday at the Cross County Wrestling Duals hosted by Wilkes University. The Royals (11-8) opened the day with a 30-19 victory over King’s before falling to the host Colonels 28-10.

    SCRANTON, Pa. – Senior Dan D’Agostini (Allentown, Pa./Allentown Central Catholic) became just the third wrestler in University of Scranton history with at least 100 career wins on Friday night as the Royals won all three of its meet at the Lackawanna Quad Meet to improve to 10-7 on the season.
  • Wrestling Falls to Lycoming on Senior Day, 25-14

    The University of Scranton wrestling team put up a strong effort on Sunday afternoon against visiting Lycoming, but the Warriors defeated the Royals 25-14 in a dual meet in the John Long Center. Lycoming improves to 13-4 on the season with the victory while Scranton drops to 7-7 on the year.

    The University of Scranton wrestling team won seven of nine contested matches on Tuesday night to defeat Elizabethtown, 31-15, in the John Long Center in its first dual meet of 2019. The Royals leveled their record at 5-5 on the season with the win while dropping the Blue Jays to 1-6 overall.
