SCRANTON - In his first action of the 2019-20 season, senior heavyweight Keegan Connelly (Schnecksville, Pa./Allentown Central Catholic) won four bouts to earn MVP honors, as The University of Scranton wrestling team captured the 2019 Electric City Duals on Sunday after going a perfect 4-0 on the day.
In the event, the Royals narrowly knocked off SUNY Oneonta (19-16) and Rowan College (25-24), then blitzed past Lackawanna College (51-18) and Middlesex College (45-3) to go unbeaten and take the team crown.
