The University of Scranton women's track & field team had a trio of competitors earn All-Landmark Conference honors following their performances at this past Saturday's Landmark Conference Indoor Championships held at Susquehanna University.

Juniors Caroline Banas (Dallas, Pa./Holy Redeemer) and Jasmin Russo (Hamden, Conn./Sacred Heart Academy), along with sophomore Rachel Kerr (Dickson City, Pa./Scranton Prep), all claimed Second Team honors after winning silver medals at the indoor conference championships.

Banas secured All-Landmark Conference honors in the high jump for the second straight year, finishing as the runner-up with a mark of 1.62 meters.  Last winter, Banas earned First Team honors after winning the high jump and setting a new conference record in the event.

Russo garnered All-Landmark Conference accolades after finishing second in the 60 meter hurdles on Saturday.  The junior finished second in the event with a personal record time of 9.74 seconds, finishing just .05 seconds behind the winning time.

Kerr claimed All-Landmark Conference honors in the 3,000 meter run after posting a runner-up result in the race at Saturday's conference championship meet.  The sophomore clocked in at a personal-best mark of 10:31.02, just .28 seconds behind the race winner.
