SCRANTON, Pa. – The University of Scranton women's swimming team celebrated Senior Day with a dominant 216.5–77.5 victory over Susquehanna University on Saturday afternoon at the Long Center Pool.

Scranton opened the meet by sweeping the top two spots in the 200 medley relay. The A relay of Alyssa Bean, Kimberly Gingrass, Campbell DeLuca, and Amelia Griffin touched first in 1:54.95, followed closely by the B relay of Sophia Markatos, Sami Roerig, Aviah Dahlgren, and Hailey Wilcox to set the tone early.

The Royals controlled the distance events throughout the meet. Olivia Thomas captured first place in the 1000 freestyle with a time of 11:15.87, while Kathryn Dilenge finished second and Izzy Lerner added additional points. Scranton continued its momentum in the 200 freestyle, as Aviah Dahlgren won the event in 2:02.17, before adding another victory in the 500 freestyle (5:25.43).

Scranton added more first-place finishes in the stroke events. Alyssa Bean won both the 100 and 200 backstroke, while Campbell DeLuca captured first in the 100 butterfly and Isabella Kane won the 200 butterfly. In the IM events, Meredith Sulman and Sami Roerig finished one-two in the 200 IM to add more points for the Royals.

The Royals closed the meet with a victory in the 400 freestyle relay, as the A relay of Amelia Griffin, Hailey Wilcox, Kimberly Gingrass, and Aviah Dahlgren touched first to cap a complete team performance.
