• Led Wallenpaupack to the semifinal round of the state playoffs
• Is the son of Mark and Kim Kirsten. His father played baseball at Keystone College and Kutztown University while his mother graduate from East Stroudsburg University
• Has two siblings, Kelly and Abigail. Kelly graduated from Bloomsburg University.
