Senior Year (2012): An injury limited him to only two events, but he still came back to compete in the season-ending Landmark Conference championships and NCAA Mideast regional... Placed 82nd in 32:32.80 and 316th in 32:30 at the Landmark and NCAA regional, respectively.
Junior Year (2011): Competed in five meets... Finished 68th in a time of 29:02.40 on a snow-covered 7400-meter course at the Landmark Conference championships on Oct. 29 at Lehigh University in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania... Also competed in the Northeast Pennsylvania Classic on Sept. 1, the Dutchmen Invitational on Sept. 10, Jack Daniels Invitational on Sept. 24, and the DeSales Invitational on Oct. 8.
Sophomore Year (2010): Competed in five of six meets... Ended the season on a positive note with a personal-best time of 29:24.3 over an 8000-meter course at the NCAA Mideast regional on November 13 in Slippery Rock, Pennsylvania... Two weeks earlier, broke the 30-minute barrier for 8000 meters for the first time in his career with a 41st-place finish in 29:39.70 at the Landmark Conference championships at Goucher College in Towson, Maryland...also competed at the Spiked Shoe (Penn State), Purple Valley Classic (Williams College) and the DeSales invitationals.
Freshman Year (2009): Ran a personal-best time of 30:16 for 8000 meters to finish 97th overall at the Leeber Invitational on the campus of Fairfield University in Fairfield, Connecticut on September 26... Picked up valuable experience by competing in the Landmark Conference championships on October 31, where he finished 69th in a time of 32:19 for 8000 meters at the United States Soldiers and Airmans Home in Washington, D.C... Also ran in the Cougar Classic (Misericordia University) on September 26 and in the DeSales Invitational on October 10.
