Senior Year (2022-23)

• Competed in nine meets for the Royals and tallied seven top-10 finishes
• Finished third in the 5,000 meters at the Landmark Outdoor Championships (May 7-8) with a time of 15:24.61
• Clocked a personal-best 5K time of 15:18.61 at the AARTFC Outdoor Championships (May 17-18)
• Placed fifth in the 3,000 meters at the Landmark Indoor Championships (Feb. 25)
• Recorded a season-best third place finish on three different occasions during the outdoor season

Junior Year (2021-22)

• Competed in seven meets for the Royals and posted six top-10 finishes
• Posted a career-best second place finish in the mile with a personal-best time of 4:40.12 at the SU Early Season Invite (Dec. 4); also added a fifth place finish in the 3,000 meters
• Finished eighth in the 5,000 meters at the Landmark Conference Outdoor Championships (May 7-8)

Sophomore Year (2020-21)

• Ran in three meets for the Royals
• Finished a career-best fifth place in the 1500 meters at the Greyhound Invitational (Apr. 10)

Freshman Year (2019-20) (Outdoor season cancelled due to COVID-19 outbreak)

• Competed in five meets during his first season in the program
• Recorded a 10th place finish with a personal-best mile time of 4:41.65 at the Landmark Conference Indoor Championships (Feb. 29)
• Ran a leg on the distance medley relay team that finished third at the Marc Deneault Invitational on Feb. 22
