Richard Lipinski enters his first season as an Assistant Coach for the Royals in 2023. 

Prior to coming to Scranton, Lipinski served as the Interim Head Coach at Misericordia in 2022 and helped lead the Cougars to 27 victories and a MAC Freedom Tournament appearance. 

He has also coached at MMI Prep and Penn State Hazleton, including 17 years at PSU-Hazleton and five as the head coach. He led the Lions to 12 consecutive PSUAC playoff appearances and five USCAA national tournaments.
