• Lettered twice in softball and volleyball
• Member of two sectional championship teams in softball ('12, '14) and one in volleyball ('12)
• Earned all-state, all-sectional, and all-league honors in softball her senior year
• Member of the National Honor Society and earned Top 20 & Scholar-Athlete honors
• Daughter of Ken & Marilyn Schaeffer
• Her mother is a graduate of Empire State College
• Has an older sister, Heather, who played volleyball at Mount Saint Mary College
