Haefele enters her second season as a Volunteer Assistant for the Lady Royals in 2025-26. 

She most recently spent four seasons serving as an assistant coach for the NEPA Elite AAU program. 

The Dickson City, Pa., native spent her playing days as a guard at Misericordia where she appeared in 94 games (50 starts) over four seasons and served as a three-time captain for the Cougars. Haefele averaged a career-best 9.6 points during the 2019-20 season.

Misericordia tallied 66 victories during her career and qualified for the MAC Freedom Tournament three times.

Haefele earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Health Science from Misericordia in 2021 and a Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy the following year. She was named to the Dean’s List in all 10 semesters.
