Biography
Freshman Year (2023-24)
- Swam in nine meets during her first year in the program
- Finished second in the 1,000 free and third in the 200 IM in a dual meet victory at Elizabethtown (Jan. 13)
- Competed in the 200 breast, 200 IM and 400 IM at the Landmark Conference Championships (Feb. 15-18)
High School/Personal
- Swam at Saint Anthony's and was a four-time All-League honoree
- Earned All-State honors
- Member of National Honor Society
- Daughter of Rebecca and Jason Grefski
- Has an older sister, Emma, who is a sophomore on the women's swimming & diving team at SUNY Oneonta
