Biography
- Three-year letter-winner who competed in the 55, 60, 100 & 200 for the Royals
Senior Year (2019-20) (Outdoor season cancelled due to COVID-19 pandemic)
- Competed in seven meets during the indoor season for the Royals
- Recorded a season-best seventh place finish in the 60 meter dash at the Blue and Orange Invitational & Multi (Feb. 8-9)
- Ran a personal-best time in the 200 (29.93) at the Blue and Orange Invitational & Multi (Feb. 8-9)
Junior Year (2018-19)
- Competed in 10 meets across the indoor and outdoor seasons
- Clocked a personal best time of 8.31 in the 55 meter dash at the DuCharme Invitational on Feb. 10 and had a personal record in the 200 at the Jim Taylor Invitational on Mar. 30, clocking in at 30.42
- Finished 15th in the 60 prelims while helping the Royals take third in the 4x200 meter relay at the Landmark Conference Indoor Championships on Feb. 23
- Placed 17th in the 100 prelims at the Landmark Conference Outdoor Championships on May 4-5
- Top individual result was a fifth place finish in the 100 at the Monarch Open on Apr. 27
Sophomore Year (2017-18)
- Ran the 60, 200 and 4x200 relay during the indoor season.
- Competed in the 100, 200 and 4x100 relay during the outdoor season.

- Earned varsity letters in soccer and track & field at St. Joesph by the Sea. Was also a member of the flag football team.
- Won the GCHSAA Intersectional City Varsity Soccer Championship in 2014.
- Was 2015 MVP for SICHSAA varsity soccer.
- Holds the 4x1600 school record fro St. Joseph by the Sea.
- Was on the Honor Roll for four years and was a 2015 SICHSAA 2015 Scholar Athlete.
- Daughter of Sal and Liliana Cardella.
- Mother graduated from St. John's University.
- Has an older brother, Raymond, and a younger brother, Michael.
- Raymond attends the University of New Hampshire.
