Led the men's program to six top-20 finishes at the NCAA Mideast Regional
Guided the Royals to third-place finishes at the 2011 and 2016 Landmark Conference Championships, the program's best conference finish since 1951
Led the women's program to Landmark Conference Championships in 2009 and 2022
Guided the women to more than 10 top-20 finishes at the NCAA Mideast Regional, including a program-record third-place finish in 2022 and a fifth-place finish in 2023
Coached four NCAA Division III Championship qualifiers:

- Jessica Hoffmann (2021, 2022)
Mentored nine NCAA All-Mideast Region performers

Coached six Landmark Conference Rookie of the Year recipients
Mentored over 30 Landmark Conference All-Conference selections
Coached Jessica Hoffmann to NCAA Division III All-America honors in 2022, the first All-American in program history
