Guided the women's program to top-five finishes at both the Landmark Conference Indoor and Outdoor Championships in each of his first three seasons, including third-place finishes in 2025 and conference championships in 2026
Coached Molly White to First Team All-America honors in the indoor pentathlon and Second Team All-America honors in the outdoor heptathlon in 2026.
Has coached six Landmark Conference major award winners and numerous All-Conference selections during his time at Scranton.

Guided Juniata to 20 combined top-three finishes at the Landmark Conference Indoor and Outdoor Championships, including 11 on the men's side and nine on the women's side
Three-time Landmark Conference Coach of the Year (2009 Outdoor Women, 2011 Indoor Women, 2017 Outdoor Men)
Coached 15 Landmark Conference major award winners
Served a four-year term on the NCAA Division III Track & Field Committee, including as committee chair during the 2008-09 academic year
Coached 70 All-Conference cross country performers and 13 All-Region selections
