Graduate Student Year (2022-23)

• Competed in 12 meets for the Royals and became just the second NCAA qualifier in program history 
• Finished 10th in the 5,000 meters at the NCAA Championships with a program and Landmark Conference record time of 17:10.81
• Recorded 13 top-five finishes
• Captured gold in the 3,000 & 5,000 meters at the Landmark Indoor Championships (Feb. 25); broke a Landmark record in the 3K with a winning time of 10:03.45
• Won the 5,000 & 10,000 meters at the Landmark Outdoor Championships (May 6-7)
• Took first place in the 5K at the AARTFC Outdoor Championships (May 17-18)
• Notched a total of 10 first-place finishes
• Broke the program record in the mile with a time of 5:08.50 and finished third at the NYU Invitational (Feb. 3)
• Won the mile and 5,000 meters at the Plex Shootout (Feb. 11)

Senior Year (2021-22)

• Competed in 15 meets for the Royals and posted 19 top-five finishes
• Won the Landmark Indoor title in the 3,000 & 5,000 meters and the Landmark outdoor title in the 5,000 & 10,000 meters
• Placed second in the 5K and third in the 3K at the AARTFC Indoor Regional Championships (Mar. 4-5)
• Earned USTFCCCA All-Region honors
• Clocked a personal-best time of 17:07.39 in the 5K at the Swarthmore Last Chance Meet (May 16)
• Posted 12 individual event victories including a meet record in the 3K (10:00.71) at the Paul Kaiser Classic on Apr. 30
• Set a Landmark Championship record in the 3,000 meters at the Landmark Indoor Championships (Feb. 26) & did the same in 10,000 meters during Outdoor Championships (May 7)
• Finished first in both the 1500 and 3,000 meters at the ESU All-American Meet (Apr. 23)

Junior Year (2020-21)

• Competed in six meets for the Royals and finished in the top five in all races she competed in
• Earned All-Landmark Second Team honors after finishing second in the 5000 at the Landmark Conference Championships (May 8)
• Clocked a personal-best time of 17:59.23 and finished fourth in the event at the AARTFC Outdoor Championships (May 19-20)
• The time of 17:59.23 was second best in the Landmark and 13th best in the Mideast region this year
• Captured the 800 meters at the River Hawk Classic with personal-best time of 2:32.78
• Won the 1500 at the Blue Jay Tune-Up Meet with a career-best time of 5:00.73

Sophomore Year (2019-20) (Outdoor season cancelled due to COVID-19 pandemic)

• Competed in all eight meets for the Royals during the indoor season and recorded eight top-10 finishes
• Finished second in the 3000 at the Landmark Conference Indoor Championships and earned All-Conference second team accolades
• Finished eighth in the 3000 at the AARTFC Regional Championships with a program record time of 10:29.53
• Won the 5000 at the River Hawk Opener on Dec. 7 with a program record time of 18:39.88
• Won the 3000 at the Collegeville Classic on Jan. 25 and was named Landmark Conference Track Athlete of the Week
