Delaney O'Donoghue enters her first season as an Assistant Coach for the Royals in 2026.

The Tustin, California native is a 2025 graduate of Drew University and was a four-year member of the Rangers' softball program. A standout behind the plate, she appeared in over 110 games during her career, making more than 90 starts at catcher. O'Donoghue earned All-Landmark Conference Honorable Mention honors in 2025 after batting .333 with eight RBIs and five multi-hit games.

O'Donoghue earned her Bachelor's Degree in Business and Marketing.
