WILLIAMSPORT, PA -- The University of Scranton men's soccer team earned a hard-fought 1-0 victory over Landmark Conference opponent Lycoming College on Wednesday evening.

How it Happened
- The Warriors took to the attack early in the first half, forcing three saves out of junior goalkeeper Charlie Smith in the opening 15 minutes of play.
- In the 28th minute, the Royals earned a free kick just outside the box. Sophomore Alex Kozdron served a perfectly weighted ball into the box that found fellow sophomore Drew Paxson who buried it into the back of the net to give Scranton a 1-0 lead.
- Smith made five saves in the second half to keep Lycoming off the board and propel Scranton to a 1-0 victory.
