DALLAS, PA -- The University of Scranton wrestling team was defeated 38-7 by Misericordia University on Friday night.

• Freshman Donell Young earned Scranton's first win of the day at 165 as he defeated Jariel Severino of Misericordia 18-6 in a major decision.
• Graduate student Jacob Burgette posted a 4-2 decision victory against Anthony Matas.
