DALLAS, PA – The University of Scranton women's golf team opened their season with a strong showing on Saturday, earning a first-place finish in a tri-match at Irem Temple Country Club. The Royals posted a team score of 377, finishing ahead of Albright College (385) and Misericordia University (429).

Scranton's team effort was highlighted by consistent play across the lineup:
