SCRANTON, Pa. – The University of Scranton men's basketball team earned an 82-67 victory over Juniata College in Landmark Conference play Saturday afternoon at the John Long Center.

How It Happened
- The Royals wasted no time getting on the board, as Ben Robinson and Brendan Carr each connected from beyond the arc to give Scranton an early 9–4 lead.
- Will Marion followed with a floater in the lane, and P.J. Kellachan powered home a physical and-one putback to keep the momentum rolling.
- A quick pass from Kellachan set up Josias Carbon for a finish that extended the advantage to 19–9, as the Royals controlled the pace of play.
- Carbon continued to make his presence felt on the glass, using offensive rebounds and putback scoring to fuel a key run that stretched the lead to 39–24 late in the first half.
- Marion capped the opening period with a buzzer-beating three-pointer, sending the Royals into halftime with a 42–26 cushion.
