The University of Scranton men's swim and dive team opened its season with a 192-70 victory over Juniata, Saturday afternoon at the John Long Center.

- Scranton won 12 of 14 events, including both relays, and swept the top three spots in the 50 back, 100 back, and 50 free.
- Jake Brunetti, Samuel Peters, Zach Leonard and Owen Sherry combined to win the 200 medley relay in 1:36.01. The Royals also won the 200 free relay in 1:26.61.
Top Performers
- Sam Peters – won the 50 breast (27.34), 100 breast (1:00.60) and 200 IM (2:03.25), and swam on the winning 200 medley relay, scoring 27 points for the Royals
- Jake Brunetti – won the 200 free (1:46.93) and 100 free (47.88), and swam on both winning relays
- Craig Clarke – won the 50 back (26.12) and 100 back (56.71), and anchored the winning 200 free relay
- Owen Sherry – won the 50 free (22.14) and swam on both winning relays
- Zach Leonard – won the 50 fly (24.42) and took second in the 50 free (22.67)
- Christopher Clarke – won the 1000 free (10:33.38)
