The University of Scranton baseball team dominated Juniata College, 11-1, to secure a 2-1 series win on the road in Huntingdon, Pa.  

The Basics

• Scranton got on the board with one run in the first inning after John Heitzman tripled in Jared Cassella to give the Royals the 1-0 lead. 
• The Royals tacked on two more runs in the second inning on a James Nitti fielder's choice and a Conor Campbell RBI single to make it 3-0. 
• Hunter Petrich doubled home a pair of runs, and Aidan Casey singled him home, extending the advantage to six runs. 
• Juniata scored its only run of the game in the bottom of the third inning on an RBI groundout.
• Cassella doubled home Casey in the sixth inning, and Scranton added four more runs in the seventh, highlighted by an RBI single from Vincent Napolitano and a bases loaded walk by Tyler Yoo as Scranton to make it 11-1 
• Matt Scepkowski came out of the bullpen in the seventh in relief of Mason Fischer, who allowed just one run over six innings, and tossed a scoreless frame to close out the victory.
