The University of Scranton baseball team fell to Lycoming College, 6-3, in its final game of the weekend series on Sunday afternoon in Williamsport, Pa.

How it Happened
- Lycoming jumped out to an early 2-0 lead in the first inning on a sacrifice fly and aggressive baserunning that included a steal of home.
- Scranton broke through in the fourth inning to cut the deficit to 2-1. Aidan Casey led off with a walk and later scored on a Connor Campell RBI single to left field.
- The Warriors tallied two more runs in the fifth, capitalizing on a fielder's choice and throwing error to extend their lead to 4-1.
- Lycoming pushed its advantage to 6-1 in the bottom of the sixth with a trio of hits, including back-to-back RBI singles.
- The Royals responded in the top of the seventh as Joey Granko was hit by a pitch, Vincent Napolitano singled, and Casey walked to load the bases. Jack Portman was then hit by a pitch and Hunter Petrich followed with an RBI walk to trim the lead to 6-3.
- Scranton was unable to mount a late comeback, dropping the series finale, 6-3.
