The University of Scranton women's golf team defeated King's College (272-327, 3 person match) and Misercordia University (367-428, 4 person match) at Stone Hedge Golf Course Saturday afternoon.
With the victories, the Royals improved to 11-2 on the season.
Cassandra Weir earned medalist honors with an 89 while
Lidia Marranca followed close behind at 91.
Mara Bilenski carded a 92,
Emily Davis shot a 95, and
Julia Downing finished with a 101.
Emily Murphy added a 106 and
Julia Ventura rounded out the lineup with a 110.Â
The Royals are scheduled to return to action on Wednesday, April 22 at the Conquer the Island Invitational hosted at Shawnee Golf Course.Â
