The University of Scranton athletics department has announced the hiring of Molly White as Intercollegiate Athletics Coordinator. 

White, a 2026 graduate of Scranton, earned her bachelor's degree in Communication with a minor in Sports Communication and is pursuing a master's degree in Business Administration. A former member of the University's Track and Field team, White earned All-American honors in the heptathlon and pentathlon.

During her time at Scranton, White gained valuable experience in the Department of Athletics as both an intern and work-study student in the Athletic Communications office. She also served as a P.J. Boatwright Intern with the Golf Association of Philadelphia, gaining additional experience in sports communication and operations.

In her new role, White will primarily oversee gameday operations while assisting with department events and logistics, including NCAA Tournament hosting proposals, budgets and scheduling for the Strength & Conditioning Center. She will also serve as the primary contact for Men's and Women's Volleyball, Track and Field, and Cross Country.
