The University of Scranton women's soccer team improved to 2-1-1 on the season with a hard-fought 1-0 road win over Haverford College on Saturday at Walton Field. Sophomore Peyton DiLello scored the game's lone goal early in the second half to lift the Royals.

How It Happened
- The game remained scoreless through the first 45 minutes before Scranton broke through just after the restart. Off a goal kick, Natalia Dobush headed the ball on, and Jenna Borelli settled it before finding Lena Madjor.
- Madjor threaded a perfectly weighted through ball up the right side to Peyton DiLello, who finished first-time past the Haverford goalkeeper into the right side of the net at 46:49 for her first goal of the season.
- Scranton's defense and senior goalkeeper Makenzie Van Arsdale held firm the rest of the way to preserve the 1-0 shutout win.
