- Drew Paxson broke the deadlock in the 48th minute, heading home a corner kick served in by Alex Kozdron for his first goal of the season.
- Paxson struck again in the 69th minute, rising to head in a long free kick from Kozdron into the corner of the net for his second goal of the year, doubling Scranton's lead.
- Alvernia got on the board in the 79th minute when Brendan Corpus ripped a long, hard-hit shot from outside the 18-yard box past the Scranton keeper, assisted by Ben Macchione, for his third goal of the season.
