• Took over primary goal-keeper duites in her sophomore season, starting all 18 matches for the Royals in between the pipes
• Posted seven shutout victories for the year, recording a goals against average of 1.51
• Made 50 saves in over 1300 minutes of playing action
• Made a season-high seven saves in two matches at Catholic (Oct. 17) and at Vassar (Oct. 29)
• Posted a .694 save percentage
• Had three straight shuout victories over Alright (Oct. 6), Goucher (Oct. 10) and Drew (Oct. 14)

• Saw action in one game and did not allow a goal in 35 minutes of action in the Royals' 9-0 victory over Marywood University on Sept. 6 at Fitzpatrick Field

• Played three seasons of varsity and one year of junior varsity field hockey in high school
• Her high school team went 54-18 during her playing career
• Mt. St. Joseph Academy won the AACA championship in 2011, finished runner-up in 2012, and was a Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic Association (PIAA) District I semifinalist in 2011 and 2012
• Mt. St. Joseph’s posted 36 shutouts defensively during her career
• Earned first-team All-Southeastern Pennsylvania honors, was named team most valuable player (MVP), and was a Philadelphia Inquirer Player to Watch in 2013
• Received first honors academically in 2012 and 2nd honors in 2013 and 2014
• Daughter of Peter & Mary Kate Black
• Her mother is a graduate of St. Joseph’s University
• Has one sibling, a sister, Megan (21)
• Megan attends the University of Pennsylvania and is a member of the women’s rugby team there
