• Averaged 15 points, five assists, and three rebounds a game his senior year as Harborfields High School won its third straight League V title
• Earned all-conference/all-county honors and was the team's Coaches Award recipient last season
• Was named the most valuable player (MVP) of the Whitman Tournament in 2014
• Also played soccer in high school and twice earned all-conference honors
• His high school basketball coach was Chris Agostino
• Played AAU basketball for the Rising Stars, which was coached by Tom Hughes, a two-sport athlete here at the University (men's basketball, men's lacrosse) and a 2001 graduate
