Game-by-Game Statistics (2012-2013)

Four-year letterman... Started 29 of 97 career games... Averaged 4.6 points, 1.8 rebounds, 1.6 assists, and 0.8 steals per game in his career... Shot 38.1 percent from the field, 30.4 percent from the 3-point arc, and 75.3 percent from the free throw line in his career... Developed into a key contributor in the backcourt... His upper body strength allowed him to get to the basket off the dribble often against bigger opponents... Worked hard to improve his skills... In four seasons, played a pivotal role in leading the Royals to an 80-32 overall record (.714), including two Landmark Conference titles (2011, 2012) and two NCAA tournament appearances (2011, 2012).

Senior Year (2012-2013):  One of three players to start all 26 games (sophomore guard Ross Danzig and freshman forward Brendan Boken were the other two)... Averaged 7.0 points, 2.2 rebounds, 2.7 assists, and 0.9 steals per game... Also shot 38.2 percent from the field, 27.3 percent from the 3-point arc, and 73.3 percent from the free throw line... Scored in double figures six times, including a career-high 17 points in an 80-65 win at home against Moravian College on January 23 and in a 71-66 victory in overtime at Drew University on February 6... Played 30-or-more minutes 12 times... Finished fourth on the team in assists with 71... Had more assists than turnovers 14 times... Made at least one 3-pointer in 17 games and made at least two eight times... Shot at least 50 percent from the field seven times... Good rebounder for his size; pulled down at least three rebounds 12 times, including a career-high six against Merchant Marine at home on December 9 and at Drew on February 6.

Junior Year (2011-2012):  Played in 29 games as a key reserve in the backcourt... Averaged 4.0 points, 1.9 rebounds, 1.0 assists, and 0.7 steals in 13.2 minutes of action per game... Tied his then career-high with 14 points on 5 of 6 shooting from the field in the Royals' 92-62 victory over Maritime College in the opening round of the Radisson Invitational on November 18 at the Long Center... Scored in double figures on three other occasions:  had 13 points in a 64-62 win over North Central (Ill.) in the opening round of the Daytona Beach Shootout in Daytona Beach, Florida, on December 19; scored 12 points in 14 minutes of action in a 91-62 win over Goucher College on January 6 at the Long Center; and tossed in 11 points in a 78-74 victory in overtime against Moravian College on December 3 at the Long Center... Shot 37.0 percent from the field and 76.0 percent from the free throw line... Saw action in both games of the Landmark Conference tournament and in all four NCAA tournament games.

Sophomore Year (2010-2011):  Saw action in 25 games and started once (vs. Juniata College on February 12)... Developed into a key contributor off the bench... Scored in double figures in the final three games of the season and six times overall... Was a big factor in the Royals' wins over the Merchant Marine Academy and Catholic University in the Landmark Conference tournament; scored 11 points on 5 of 9 shooting from the field and finished with four assists, four steals, three rebounds, and a block in 31 minutes of action as the Royals downed the Merchant Marine Academy, 74-71 in overtime, in the semifinals on February 23 at the Long Center... Three days later, scored a season-high 12 points on 4 of 6 shooting from the field and had five rebounds two assists and two steals in an 82-71 victory over Catholic in the finals... Also scored 11 points and came up with two steals in an 80-73 loss to Becker College in an NCAA first-round game on March 4 at Williams College in Williamstown, Mass... In a 79-64 win over Catholic University at the Long Center on February 5, connected on 5 of 8 shots from the field to finish with a career-high 14 points in 18 minutes of action.

Freshman Year (2009-2010):  Appeared in 17 games and started  twice (versus Misericordia University  on November 24 and Kean University  on November  28)... Scored a season-high 13 points (on 5 of 8 shooting from the field) in a 96-48 win over Bard College in the opening round of the Radisson Invitational on November 21... Scored six points, pulled down a career-high four rebounds, and dished out a career-high two assists in 23 minutes of action en route to a 67-50 victory over Misericordia on November 24 at the Long Center... Had five points and blocked a shot in a 96-77 loss to John Carroll University in the championship game of the Radisson Invitational on November 22 at the Long Center.

High School:  Averaged 15 points, five rebounds, and nearly eight assists per game in his junior and senior years for the Cavaliers of head coach Joe Ferguson... Played a key role on the Cavaliers' 24-8 team that won a Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic Association (PIAA) District II title and advanced to the semifinals of the state tourament his junior year... Was a second-team all-Lackawanna League selection... Son of Patrick J. Lavelle... Date of birth:  June 7, 1990
