Profile:  Three-year letterman...his commitment to head coach Bill Burke's year-round training regiment paid off dividends this past season after an ankle injury hampered his development the previous year...has competed in 17 meets in his career...has shown the potential to challenge for a top spot in the lineup...three-time Landmark Conference & NCAA Mideast regional participant.

Junior Year (2010):  One of four runners to compete in all six meets...earned second-team all-Landmark Conference honors with a 14th-place finish in a personal-best time of 28:10.60 at the conference's championship meet on October 30 at Goucher College in Towson, Maryland...broke the 29-minute barrier for 8000 meters three times:  with his effort at the Landmark Conference championships and with a 39th-place finish in 28:15.38 at the DeSales Invitational on October 9 and with a 173rd-place finish in 28:41.8 at the season-ending NCAA Mideast regional in Slippery Rock, Pennsylvania, on November 13.

Sophomore Year (2009):  Missed nearly a month of the season (and two meets) due to an ankle injury...still managed to return to the lineup and placed 25th in a time of 29:16 over an 8000-meter course at the Landmark Conference championships on October 31 at the United States Soldiers and Airmans Home in Washington, DC...was the third Royal across the finish line at the Landmark Conference championships and fourth at the season-ending NCAA Mideast regional on November 14 in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, when he covered the 8000-meter course in a personal-best time of 28:18.1...opened the season with a third-place finish in 10:53 over a 2000-meter course in a non-team scoring event against Marywood University on September 1.

Freshman Year (2008):  One of three freshmen to compete in all six meets (Jason Bohenek and Jeremy Evans were the other two)...was the Royals' second runner across the finish line and 18th overall in a time of 21:53 for 6000 meters at the Vassar Invitational on September 6 in Poughkeepsie, New York...two weeks later, covered an 8000-meter course in a personal-best time of 28:20 en route to a 27th-place finish at the Cougar Classic at Misericordia University...also clocked a sub-29-minute effort for 8000 meters at the DeSales Invitational on October 11, finishing 44th overall in a time of 28:54.89...was Scranton's fifth runner across the line at the Landmark Conference championships, placing 33rd overall in 29:17 at Fort Roberdeau State Park in Blair County, Pennsylvania, on November 1...ended the season with a 29:29 clocking over an 8000-meter course at the NCAA Mideast regional at the Greene County Airport in Waynesburg, Pennsylvania, on November 15.
