Junior Year (2019)

  • Competed in five events for the Royals
  • Recorded a season-best 28th place finish at the Misericordia Invitational with a 5K time of 19:05.3
  • Notched a career-best 8K time of 28:55.8 at the Inter-Regional Border Battle on Oct. 19 

Sophomore Year (2018)

  • Competed in three events during his second year at Scranton
  • Opened the season by finishing 36th at the Misericordia Invitational on Aug. 31
  • Ran a season-best 8K mark of 30:27.63 at the Dutchmen Invitational on Sept. 8

Freshman Year (2017)

  • Ran in four events in his first season in the program.
  • Ran a season-best 30:19 for 8,000 meters at the Paul Short Invitational on Sept. 29, at Lehigh University in Bethlehem, Pa.

High school/personal

  • Earned two varsity letters each in cross country, indoor track and outdoor track at James Caldwell H.S.
  • Helped the cross country team win the conference championship in both his junior and senior seasons.
  • Son of Peter Nancoz and Barbara Romaine. His father, Peter, is a graduate of the University.
  • Has three siblings: Tom, Kara and Tyler. Tom is a graduate of the University and was a member of the club ice hockey team.
