• Notched a season-best seventh-place finish at the Landmark Conference Championships (Oct. 27) 
• Posted a career-best 8K time of 25:25.4 and finished 24th at the NCAA Mideast Regional Championships (Nov. 11)
• Ran a career-best 4K time of 13:09.3 at the Misericordia Invitational (Sept. 1)

Junior Year (2022)

• Competed in five meets and recorded three Top-25 finishes
• Captured the individual title at the Dan Talbot Open (Oct. 1) with a time of 26:25.8
• Ran a career-best 8K time of 25:39.8 at the Lock Haven Invitational (Sept. 24)

Sophomore Year (2021)

• Competed in all six events for the Royals and posted three Top-25 finishes
• Earned both USTFCCCA All-Region and All-Landmark Conference Second Team honors
