  • Played in 48 games and made 41 starts during his career at Scranton, recorded two goals and one assist

Senior Season (2019)

  • Match-by-Match Statistics
  • Started all 17 games that he played in on the year for the Royals
  • Served as a catalyst for a defensive unit that recorded six shutouts and allowed just 15 goals on the year, a total that topped the Landmark Conference
  • Attempted a shot in 4-0 win over Marywood (Sept. 4)
  • Served as team captain 

Junior Season (2018)

  • Had a breakout junior season in which he went on to earn All-Landmark Conference First Team accolades as a defender

  • His first game-winner came in Scranton's season-opening win over Arcadia (3-2), while the second came in a 1-0 victory at Susquehanna on Oct. 20

Sophomore Season (2017)

  • Recorded first collegiate point by assisting on the lone goal in a 1-0 victory at Elmira on October 17

  • Helped defense post a 1.59 goals against average and five shutouts

  • A three-year starter on the soccer team at Wilton High School, where he served as team captain in two seasons
  • An All-FIAC selection in both 2014 and 2015
  • 2015 Connecticut Senior Bowl Selection
  • Was also selected to the Hour Newspaper All-Area Team in 2015 and the MSG Varsity All-Connecticut Team in 2015, as well
  • PFC Nick Madaras Memorial Award for leadership, commitment, sportsmanship, and teamwork
  • Everton America club team won the 2016 New England Championship
  • The son of John and Linda Prinner
  • Mother is a graduate of the University of Scranton, while father is an alumnus of the University of Connecticut
  • Has two siblings: Johnny (21) and Kelly (16)
  • Johnny attends Northeastern University where he plays on the club soccer team
