In 2023-24, sophomore Nicole Stofko won both the one-meter and three-meter dives and senior Kayleigh Olszewski won the 200 fly as the women's program captured the Landmark Conference title.
Brown saw Jeanna Gailius become the lone student-athlete in Landmark Conference history to be named Diver of the Year four times after she did so in 2022-23 and the women's swimming & diving team placed second at the Landmark Championships. Danielle Pikulik also won both the 100 and 200 breaststroke at the championship meet.
He was also named the Landmark women's swimming & diving Coach of the Year for the third time in his four seasons at the helm.
The men's team placed third at the Landmark Championships in 2022-23 & 2023-24 behind All-Conference performances from Mike Finley, Tim Hause, Jimmy O'Malley and Matt Sherry.
In 2021-22, Brown guided the women's team to a third consecutive top three finish at the Landmark Championships and a 9-1 record in dual meets. Lauren Byrne won three individual conference titles in the 100 freestyle (51.80, conference & meet record), 100 breaststroke and 200 IM, while Gailius captured gold in the three meter dive and finished second in the one meter. Two other student-athletes also earned All-Landmark Second Team honors for the women's team in Alanna Kelly (200 breaststroke) and Olszewski and four relay teams swam their way to second place finishes.
On the men's side at the 2021-22 Landmark Championship Meet, Evan Morgan garnered All-Landmark Second Team honors in the 200 freestyle.
After missing most of the 2020-21 campaign because of the COVID-19 pandemic, Brown led the Royals back to the pool for the first-ever Landmark Conference Virtual Swimming & Diving Championship in late February. There, the Royals shined, as the women's team went on to finish runners-up in the conference for the second straight season, while the men's team placed third. For his efforts, Brown was named the Landmark Conference's women's swimming & diving coach of the meet for the second straight season.
Indviddually, Brown and the Royals saw Byrne capture Landmark Women's Swimmer of the Meet accolades for the second time in her career, while Gailius was the conference's female Diver of the Meet for the second straight season. In all, the Royals won 10 conference titles (eight women and two men) in the virtual event and garnered 21 All-Landmark selections on the women's side, alone, along with 11 All-Landmark selections on the men's side.
In his first season at the helm of the men's and women's programs in 2019-20, he and his staff were named the Landmark Conference women's swimming & diving Coaching Staff of the Year after leading the Royals to a second place finish at the Landmark Conference Championships in Germantown, Md. He also led the men's team to a fourth place finish in the event, as the women went 9-1 and the men 6-4 in dual meets during 2019-20.
At the Landmark Conference Championship event, 22 combined Royals men's and women's swimmers earned All-Landmark Conference honors, with 10 earning All-Landmark First Team accolades signifying conference titles in a relay and/or individual events. Brown also guided Byrne to five Landmark Conference championships at the event, as she qualified for the NCAA Division III Championships with a qualifying time in the 200-IM during the event. Bryne went on to earn CSCAA All-American honors in 200-IM, as well.
