Freshman Year (2009-10): Tied for the team-lead(with junior Carl Caceres and fellow freshman Joe Morra) in singlesvictories with 14...one of five players on the roster to win atleast 10 matches in singles and one of six to win at least 10matches in doubles...won the B4 singles title at theIntercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) Southeast Regionalchampionship at the University of Mary Washington inFredericksburg, Virginia, in October:  defeated Marc Allinsonof Stevenson College, 6-4, 4-0 (retired) in the round of 16,Chandler Foreman of Moravian College, 6-2, 6-0, in thequarterfinals, Travis Klien of York College, 6-3, 6-4, in thesemifinals, and Brent Floyd of Bridgewater College, 6-1, 6-4, inthe championship match...played three different positions in thesingles's lineup:  went 1-0 at three, 4-4 at five, and 6-3 atsix...won six of his final nine singles's matches, including a 6-4,7-5 victory over Nick Yelito in the Royals' 8-0 victory overMoravian College in the semifinals of the Landmark Conferencetournament on Wednesday, May 5, at the Poly Hi TennisCourts...partnered with five different players to post a 10-1record in doubles...played six of his 11 doubles's matches withjunior Carl Caceres; the duo posted a 5-1 record.
