Senior Year (2022-23)

  • Competed in seven meets for the Royals during his senior season
  • Tallied four top-10 finishes
  • Finished eighth in the 5,000 meters at the Landmark Indoor Championships (Feb. 25)
  • Recorded a season-best fourth place finish in the 10,000 meters at the Jim Taylor Invite (Mar. 24-25)

Junior Year (2021-22)

  • Ran distance events in 10 meets between the indoor and outdoor campaigns
  • Broke the program record in the 10,000 meters with a time of 33:09.40 and won the event at the Messiah Multi/Invitational (Apr. 7-9)
  • Won the 3,000 meters at the ESU All-American Meet (Apr. 23) with a program record time of 8:57.61
  • Added a fourth place finish in the 3,000 at the Frank Colden Invitational (Feb. 5)

Sophomore Year (2020-21)

  • Competed in the 5,000 meters in three meets for the Royals
  • Won the event at the River Hawk Classic on Apr. 17
  • Clocked a personal-best time of 16:06.84 at the Greyhound Invitational on Apr. 10

Freshman Year (2019-20) (Outdoor season cancelled due to COVID-19 outbreak)

  • Ran the 3,000 meters in six meets during the indoor season for the Royals
  • Recorded five top-10 finishes
  • Finished a season-best third place at the SU Challenge on Feb. 1
  • Finished sixth in the 3,000 at the Landmark Conference Indoor Championships (Feb. 29)
  • Ran a season-best time of 9:00.08 in the 3,000 at the Marc Deneault Invitational (Feb. 22)
