Graduate Student Year (2022-23)

• Competed in 13 meets for the Royals and recorded seven top-10 finishes
• Primarily ran the 800 meters 
• Won gold in the 800 at the Landmark Indoor Championships (Feb. 25) with a time of 1:58.88
• Finished third in the event at the Landmark Outdoor Championships (May 6-7) with a personal-best clip of 1:55.47
• Also took first place in the 800 at the SU Early Season Invite (Dec. 9-10)
• Member of program record-breaking 4x800 team that finished third at the AARTFC Outdoor Championships (May 17-18) with a time of 7:50.54

Senior Year (2021-22)

• Competed in 10 meets for the Royals between the indoor and outdoor seasons
• Finished ninth in the 800 meters at the Landmark Outdoor Championships (May 7-8)
• Posted a total of eight Top-10 finishes on the season
• Clocked a program record time of 52.38 seconds and finished second in the 400 meters at the Susquehanna Tune Up (Feb. 18)
• Finished second in the 800 meters and seventh in the mile at the Susquehanna Invite (Feb. 12)
• Won the 800 meters with a time of 2:01.07 at the SU Early Season Invite (Dec. 4)

Junior Year (2020-21)

• Ran in four meets for the Royals
• Finished seventh in the 800 meters at the Landmark Conference Championships on May 8
• Clocked a personal-best time of 1:59.73 in the 800 and finished second at the Juniata College Invite (Apr. 24)

Sophomore Year (2019-20) (Outdoor season cancelled due to COVID-19 outbreak)

• Competed in two meets during his first season in the program
• Finished 11th in the 800 at the Landmark Conference Indoor Championships with a personal-best time of 2:06.43
