Biography

Four-year letter-winner... An injury limited her to six races over the past two years... Three-time Landmark Conference championship and NCAA Mideast regional participant... Landmark Conference Academic Honor Roll recipient (2012).

Senior Year (2012):  Came back off an injury and found a way to compete in the final three events of the season... Turned in a gutsy performance at the 2012 Landmark Conference championships:  was the third Royal harrier across the finish line, placing 21st in 25:44.80 over a 6000-meter course at Fort Roberdeau State Park in Blair County, Pa., on October 27... Two weeks later, was once again the third Scranton runner across the finish line, this time covering a 6000-meter course in 25:50.4 to finish 145th at the NCAA Mideast regional staged at Big Spring High School in Newville, Pennsylvania, on November 10... In her first race in over a year, finished 191st in 25:04 for 6000 meters at the Princeton Invitational on October 13.

Junior Year (2011):  Missed the final four meets of the season because of an injury… Was the first Royal harrier across the finish line at the Northeast Pennsylvania Classic hosted by King’s College at the Hollenbeck Golf Course on Sept. 1, covering the 4000-meter course in 16:14.70 to finish 10th overall… Competed in the next two meets—placing 44th in a time of 21:46.20 over a 5000-meter course at the Dutchmen Invitational hosted by Lebanon Valley College at the Union Tunnel Canal Park on Sept. 10 and finishing 30th in 16:26.80 over a 4000-meter course at the Jack Daniels Invitational in Cortland, New York, on Sept. 24—before shutting it down for the remainder of the year.

Sophomore Year (2010):  Competed in five of six meets... Solidified the middle tier of the lineup...broke the 25-minute mark for 6000 meters for the first time in her career with a 24:34.8 finish at the highly regarded Spiked Shoe Invitational at Penn State University on September 11, a race that featured a number of Division I, II and III runners... Was Scranton's third runner across the finish line in a time of 25:02.0 and finished 104th in a field of 314 runners at the season-ending NCAA Mideast regional at Cooper's Lake Campground in Slippery Rock, Pa., on Nov. 13.

Freshman Year (2009):  Competed in six of seven events, missing only the season-opening non-team scoring event against Marywood University on September 1... Made significant strides as the season progressed, ending with a personal-best time of 25:09.6 for 6000 meters at the NCAA Mideast regional at Lehigh University in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, on November 14... Even though she was not among the top five Royals across the finish line at the Landmark Conference championships, did post a respectable time and finish, placing 25th overall in 26:40 for 6000 meters as Scranton won its first-ever conference title and ended Susquehanna's two-year reign as team champions... In her first meet, covered a 4000-meter course in 16:11 to finish 13th to help the Royals win the Northeast Pennsylvania Classic (King's College) on September 6.
