• Ran in six of the team's seven events.
• Had a season-best 30th-place finish at the Cougar Classic on Sept. 17, completing the 6,000-meter course in 28:06.44.
• Ran a career-best 25:46.13 for 6,000 meters to finish 42nd at the Landmark Conference championship on Oct. 29.

Junior Year (2015)

• Ran in seven of the team's eight events, finishing in the Royals' top four three times.
• Had a season-best 36th-place finish in the season-opening Misericordia Invitational on Sept. 1, completing the 4,000-meter course in 18:42.52.
• Ran a career-best 25:48 for 6,000 meters at the Paul Short Invitational on Oct. 2 at Lehigh University in Bethlehem, Pa.
• Was the third Royal across the line at the Cougar Classic on Sept. 12 at Misericordia, completing the 6,000-meter coures in 27:30.53.

Sophomore Year (2014)

• Competed in the first five events of the season.
• Had a season-best 17th-place finish at the Roadrunner Invitational in Woodland Park, N.J. on Sept. 29, completing the 5,000-meter course in 22:40.5.
• Had a season-best time for 6,000 meters of 26:55 at the Paul Short Invitational on Oct. 4 at Lehigh University in Bethlehem, Pa.

Freshman Year (2013)

• Competed in five races
• Picked up valuable experience by competing in the Landmark Conference championships, finishing 49th in a time of 29:17 over a 6000-meter course to help Royals to a second-place team place on Nov. 2 at the US Soldiers' & Airmen's Home in Washington, DC.
