Freshman Year (2016)

• Started all 20 games at right back in her first collegiate season.
• Helped the Royals post 14 shutouts, tied for the fourth most in program history.
• Played a big role on a defense that allowed just 11 goals, the third fewest in a single season in program history.
• Took three shots, including two on goal.

High school/personal

• Earned four varsity letters each in girls soccer and girls lacrosse.
• In soccer, was chosen all-state as a junior and senior.
• Was also all-conference as a sophomore, junior and senior, all-Courant Team as a junior and senior, and all-area as a senior.
• In lacrosse, was all-state as a senior, all-conference as a junior and senior, a Super Juniors participant in 2015 and a Lower New England nominee in 2014.
• Was named academic all-American in lacrosse.
• Also earned all-academic honors in both soccer and lacrosse.
• Daughter of Anthony & Evelyn Russo.
• Has two sisters, Samantha and Victoria. Samantha was on the women's swimming & diving team at the University of Vermont, and Victoria is a member of the women's swimming & diving and women's lacrosse teams at Assumption College.
