• Helped the Royals earn four consecutive NCAA Tournament appearances (2022, 2023, 2024, 2025)
• Helped Scranton advance to three NCAA Sweet 16 appearances (2021, 2022, 2024)
• Helped Scranton earn Landmark Conference Coaching Staff of the Year honors in 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025
• Helped guide the Royals to a program-record 19 victories in 2024
• Helped coach Aileen Carr to United Soccer Coaches Third Team All-American honors in 2025
• Helped coach Jenna Borelli to Landmark Conference Offensive Player of the Year honors and Aileen Carr to Landmark Conference Defensive Player of the Year honors in 2025
• Helped coach Niamh Healy to United Soccer Coaches First Team All-American honors in 2024 and Landmark Conference Offensive Player of the Year honors in 2022, 2023 and 2024
