  • Winningest coach in program history with a career record of 240-68-41 (.752) over 18 seasons as head coach
  • Led the Royals to 11 Landmark Conference Championships (2010, 2011, 2012, 2016, 2017, 2019, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025) and 13 NCAA Division III Tournament appearances
  • Guided Scranton to three NCAA Sweet 16 appearances (2021, 2022, 2024) and seven NCAA Tournament Second Round appearances (2010, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2021, 2022, 2024)
  • Qualified the Royals for the Landmark Conference Tournament in all 18 seasons as head coach
  • Led Scranton to 16 winning seasons, including a program-record 19 victories in 2024 and 18 victories in 2021
  • Named Landmark Conference Coaching Staff of the Year eight times (2010, 2013, 2016, 2018, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025)
  • Earned United Soccer Coaches Regional Coaching Staff of the Year three times (2016, 2021, 2024)

  • First Team All-Freedom Conference selection in 2000 and 2003
  • First Team NSCAA All-Mid-Atlantic Region selection in 2003
  • Helped Scranton win four Freedom Conference Championships and make four NCAA Tournament appearances
  • Served as team captain during her senior season and helped lead the Royals to a program-record 22 victories and an NCAA Tournament Quarterfinal appearance in 2003
  • Inducted into The University of Scranton Wall of Fame in 2014
