Biography

Bio: Three-year letterman...enters her senioryear with a winning record in singles (25-18, .582) and doubles(24-21, .533) in her career...younger sister of senior DeirdreWylie.

Junior Year (2009-2010):  Led Royals insingles's wins (9) and tied her sister, Deirdre, for the team-leadin doubles's victories (9)...earned second-team all-LandmarkConference honors for her play in both singles and doubles...played10 of her 14 singles matches at the number two spot, posting a 6-4record, and was 3-1 in her other four matches, all of which wereplayed at number one...in her only singles's match that went threesets, held on to defeat Maggie Wolenter of Juniata, 7-5, 3-6, 6-3,on April 5 at the Poly Hi Tennis Courts...won her first fivesingles's matches before dropping a 6-0, 6-2 decision to VivianPeng of Drew University at number one on March 27 in Madison, NewJersey...played 14 of her 15 doubles's matches with her sister andposted a 9-5 record...defeated Jami Fein and Kerry McKinley, 8-4,in the Royals' hard-fought 5-4 victory over Moravian College onApril 20 at Poly Hi, which handed the Lady Greyhounds their firstleague loss, regular or post-season, in the three-year history ofthe Landmark Conference...defeated Fein and McKinley again, 9-8(11-9), in the semifinals of the Landmark tournament on Tuesday,May 4, at the Birchwood Tennis & Fitness Club in nearby ClarksSummit, Pennsylvania, but Moravian College advanced to thechampionship match with a 5-2 victory.

Sophomore Year (2008-2009):  Posted a 7-8record in singles and a 5-10 mark in doubles...earned first teamall-Landmark Conference honors for her play in doubles...went 3-3in doubles against Landmark Conference opponents...her sevensingles's wins iwere the second most on the team...all 15 of hersingles's matches were played at the number two spot in thelineup...posted a 3-3 record against Landmark Conference opponentsin singles competition...won her final two singles's matches,including a 7-6 (8-6), 6-3 win over Dyana Swan of Moravian Collegein the Royals' 8-1 loss to the Lady Greyhounds in the semifinals ofthe Landmark Conference tournament...played her first sevendoubles's matches with sophomore Kelly Costello at the number twospot in the Royal lineup (the pair went 1-6)...played the finaleight doubles's matches with her sister Deirdre, posting a 4-4record.

First Year (2007-2008): Posted a winning recordin both singles and doubles...made an immediate contribution,posting a 9-5 record in singles and a 10-5 mark in doubles...teamedwith fellow freshman Kelly Costello to earn second-teamall-Landmark Conference honors in doubles in a ballot conductedamong the conference's head coaches...led the Royals in doubles'swins and was second in singles's victories...ended the season bywinning her final three singles matches, including a 4-6, 7-6(7-4), 10-5 victory over Kerry McKinley in the Royals' 6-3 loss toMoravian in the championship match of the Landmark Conferencetournament...had a hand in two points in Scranton's 6-3 win overCatholic University in the semifinals of the Landmark Conferencetournament with a 6-3, 6-2 victory over Mary Wargo and teamed withKelly Costello to defeat Wargo and Julie Crone, 8-1...played threedifferent positions in the singles lineup:  was 1-0 at three,2-4 at four, and 6-1 at five...played 14 of her 15 doubles matcheswith Kelly Costello; the pair posted a 10-4 record (1-2 at thenumber two position in the lineup and 9-2 at number three)...wonall three of her singles and doubles matches during the fallportion of the schedule...defeated Elizabeth Walpole of King's,6-2, 6-2; Jessica Souchick of Lycoming, 6-2, 6-0; and downed LauraMiller of Messiah, 6-3, 6-3...teamed with Costello in doubles andrecorded wins over Walpole and Courtnay Wilson of King's, 8-3;Kirstie McKeever and Souchick of Lycoming, 8-0; and Steph Knepperand Miller of Messiah, 8-2.
