Graduate Student Year (2022-23)

• Competed in field events in 12 meets for the Royals
• Finished fifth in the weight throw at the Landmark Indoor Championships (Feb. 25) with a personal-best mark of 12.70m
• Recorded a total of four top-10 finishes
• Won the weight throw at the SU Early Season Invite (Dec. 9-10) with a mark of 12.55m

Senior Year (2021-22)

• Competed in the weight, hammer and discus throws over 14 meets
• Recorded seven top-10 finishes
• Finished fifth in the hammer throw at the Misericordia Twilight Meet on Apr. 12 with a personal-best mark of 36.72m
• Posted an eighth place finish in the hammer throw at the Landmark Outdoor Championships on May 7-8
• Finished ninth in the weight throw at the Landmark Indoor Championships on Feb. 26

Junior Year (2020-21)

• Competed in five meets for the Royals in the hammer throw and discus throw
• Registered five top-five finishes in the hammer throw including a third place finish at the Landmark Conference Championships on May 8
• Posted a career-best mark of 35.22m in the hammer throw and placed third in the event at the Juniata College Invite on Apr. 24
• Set a personal-best mark in the discus throw (26.91m) at the Greyhound Invitational on Apr. 10

Sophomore Year (2019-20) (Outdoor season cancelled due to COVID-19 pandemic)

• Competed in the weight throw in five meets during the indoor season for the Royals
• Finished sixth in the event at the Landmark Conference Indoor Championships with a personal-best mark of 11.89m

Freshman Year (2018-19)

• Competed in nine meets during her first season at Scranton
• Recorded season-best marks in the shot put (8.29m) and weight throw (8.75m) at the Landmark Conference Indoor Championships on Feb. 23 to place 13th and 16th in the events, respectively
• Posted a season-best mark of 28.26 meters in the hammer throw at the Landmark Conference Outdoor Championships on May 4-5 to finish 15th while also bringing home a 12th place result in the discus
• Also had a personal record in the discus at the Coach P Invitational on Apr. 12-13 with a mark of 24.48 meters
• Totaled five top-10 finishes on the season including a pair of seventh place results in the hammer throw

High School/Personal

• Prepped at Notre Dame Academy, earning three varsity letters in track and four in swimming
• Won the discus competition at the 2018 NY and BQ CHSAA sectional championships
• Helped team win Indoor/Outdoor State Island championships (2016-2018).
• Her squad was also 2016-2018 CHSAA NYC/sectional indoor and outdoor champions
• Is the daughter of Deborah and John Fafian. Her mother graduated from Hofstra University while her father is a University of Pennsylvania graduate.
• Also has a sister, Maria, who swam at Fairleigh Dickinson University
