Four-year letter-winner... Played in 125 matches in her career... Finished career fifth all-time in Scranton history in assists (2109)... Has two of the top 15 single-season total for assists in Royals' history.

Senior Year (2012):  Saw action in 34 matches and led Royals in assists for the second straight year with 576, which is the 15th highest single-season total in Scranton history... Recorded 20-or-more assists six times, including a season-high of 43 in a 3-1 loss against Susquehanna University on September 30... Split the setting duties with fellow senior Emily Keim... Also had 36 kills and 58 digs.

Junior Year (2011):  Played in 31 matches... Led Royals in assists (423) and was eighth in the final Landmark Conference statistical rankings... Recorded 20-or-more assists in a match five times, including a season-high of 31 in the Royals' hard-fought 3-2 loss to Moravian College in the quarterfinals of the Landmark Conference tournament on November 2 at the Long Center... Hit .116, with 31 kills, 23 digs and four service aces... Had a positive hitting percentage in 15 matches.

Sophomore Year (2010):  Saw action in 33 matches... Led Royals in attack percentage (.211) and finished second on the team with 476 assists... Also finished with 126 digs and 31 service aces...finished eighth in the Landmark Conference in assists... Had 10-or-more assists 22 times, including a season-high 37 in a 3-1 win over Penn State-Berks on Oct. 29... Opened the season with back-to-back 10-dig efforts in wins over Wilkes University (Sept. 1) and Mt. St. Mary-NY (Sept. 3).

Freshman Year (2009):  One of six players to see action in all 27 matches and all 96 sets... Took over the starting setting duties and responded with 634, which was sixth in the final Landmark Conference statistical rankings and the 14th highest single-season total in Scranton history... Also finished with 27 service aces, 164 digs, and 27 total blocks... Had 20-or-more assists in a match 17 times, including a season-high 46 in a 3-2 loss to the United States Merchant Marine Academy in a Landmark Conference match played at Catholic University in Washington, DC, on October 17... Finished the season with six 'double-doubles' in assists and digs...in a 3-2 loss at Moravian College in Landmark Conference action on October 3, had 29 assists and a season-high 20 digs... Hit .300, with a season-high seven kills, and had 45 assists in a 3-1 loss to Ursinus College in a match played at Franklin & Marshall College in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, on September 19... Finished third on the team in service aces with 27, including a season-high five in a 3-2 loss at Baptist Bible on September 17 in Clarks Summit, Pennsylvania... Had two-or-more service aces in six matches... Finished second on the team in total blocks with 27, including a season-high eight solo blocks in a 3-2 victory over Wilkes University at the Scranton Invitational on September 12.

High School:  Four-year letter-winner... Earned player of the year honors as a senior...Two-time all-Delco and all-Central team selection (2007, 2008)... Set school record for most assists in a career with 1,283... Also set Strath Haven single-season record with 473 in 2007 and established single-match record with 31... Was named Strath Haven's most improved player as a freshman... Daughter of Paul & Peggy Woods... Her father is a graduate of Drexel University and her mother is a graduate of Fairfield University... Her high school coach was Kevin Haney.
